"I was lucky enough to have my work done by the owner personally Mark woodard. when my wife saw our floors she just about cried! we almost got ride of our hard wood floor and put down carpet it was so bad we had another company tell us they would have to install all new flooring THIS WAS NOT AN OPTION then we found woodard's Hardwood flooring and Mark brought our existing floor back to life he only replaced 2 boards against an old radiator heater He was extremely detail oriented and was able to explain to me and my wife what the stains are caused from. best of all we love are floors again it feels so amazing to come home and sock skate again! p.s my house was built in 1861"
